DeCoste Interiors Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. G. DeCoste Interiors’s sales professionals strive to provide the best service anywhere - period. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.
You may cancel your order at anytime, however, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable.
All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
G. DeCoste Interiors reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.
All items should be inspected throughly at the time of delivery or pick up.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please also note the following applicable policies:
- All products have a minimum of 1yr manufacturer warranty (some exceptions apply)
- All defects will be assessed by a technician prior to a return being authorized
- No returns or exchanges on used or installed products
A 50% deposit is required on all non-stocked items before the product is ordered
Freight charges are applied on all non-stocked orders, according to current courier and transportation company rates.
