G. DeCoste Interiors offers both pick-up and local delivery services. You may arrange for a pick-up, or opt for our local delivery service as part of checkout.
Deliveries begin at approximately 8:00AM and continue until all scheduled deliveries for the day are complete. Regrettably, it is impossible to give an exact delivery time. However, you may prearrange to have a representative call your home or office 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time.
Please ensure your driveway and walkways are cleared(i.e. snow & ice). As well please clear the path inside your home to the area where your purchase is to be placed.
Pin hinged doors can be removed to complete delivery. However, carpentry work such as removing doorway moldings, banisters, etcetera, cannot be done. All pictures in narrow hallways or stairs should be removed by you. Our delivery team is required to wear safety footwear at all times and cannot remove their boots.
NOTE: Please expect some delays on our standard shipping and pick-up times. Some products may be out of stock or back-ordered due to COVID-19. Once you place your order, we will contact you for a delivery time. If you have any questions prior to this please give us a call.
You will be contacted to arrange a date and time a few days before your order is ready for transportation. Our polite and professional delivery staff has many years of experience and will provide you with careful and prompt delivery with the least possible inconvenience to you.
